Become a Friend of the LOFT
We are starting our pilot-program Friend of the LOFT. This is a great way to make a tax-deductable donation to help build the downtown Springfield Community.
Why do we need Friends of the LOFT
The LOFT is solely financed through donations and this year we are applying for grants as well. We are finding that if takes about $50,000 a year or approximately $12,500 a quarter to keep the doors of the LOFT open, but as we go full-time in 2012 it is estimated that it will cost just shy of $114,000 a year.
Without the donations from the community the LOFT would not be able to help so many people in the downtown Springfield area.
How Can You Become a Friend of the LOFT?
The LOFT is looking for business and individuals to partner in the effort to uplift and empower the people living in the downtown Springfield area. As a Friend of the LOFT you will help support education, reduce poverty and better the downtown Springfield community.
There are Three levels of participation in the Friend of the LOFT Program.
1. Bronze Level: A one time donation of $100 to $499.
2. Silver Level: A one time donation of $500 or more
3. Gold Level: A monthly pledge of $100 or more.
All levels woulbe be given a Friend of the LOFT decal for their business, a listing on the LOFT's sponsor page and mentioned on promotional material for the LOFT.
