Recap on 2010
August 22nd, 2010 the LOFT organized a city-wide food drive called Feed The Music. The event took place in Jordan Valley Park. We hosted two bands, a comedian, had about 40 volunteers, 9 gift giving sponsors and were able to partner with 100.5 The Wolf. We raised almost 500 pounds of food and $138 in cash, which we divided between Crosslines and the Kitchen.
Feed the Music 2011 Opportunties
Task Force: The task force is forming to plan the next Feed the Music Food Drive. We are in need of individuals that would like to help plan this rewarding activity.
Volunteers: We need people to volunteer with preperation and also volunteers to help the day of the event.
Not-for-Profit: Do you have a not-for-profit that could benefit from having a booth at the 2011 Feed the Music Food Drive? Space is limited so email the LOFT to aquire the forms to sign up for booth space. Spaces without electricity are free of charge. Spaces that require electricity will be $50.
Businesses: To collect food we raffle off prizes. All prizes are given by donation. In return each donating business is listed as a sponsor.
